At morgan marks, we understand that shopping online may be difficult due to the nature of being unable to try on a garment. However, we will do our best to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We accept exchanges and returns on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the product for orders within Australia. For International orders, we accept exchanges and returns on full prices items within 21 days of receiving the product.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we offer a online store credit
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back the product that you wish to exchange or if the item is faulty. Morgan marks clothing must be received within 30 days of shipment date. Please note that morgan marks is not responsible for return postage unless you've received a faulty item.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us your exchange request/s as soon as possible so you don't miss out.
Any sale items, flash sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items must be returned to us for a exchange according to the following conditions:
- The garment is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and free of make-up marks, deodorant marks and any other marks.
- Garments must have all morgan marks tags still attached. Garments returned without tags will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take between 5-10 business days to process the funds back to your account.
Faulty items are classified as faulty where they are received with a manufacturing fault, which has occurred within a reasonable time frame.
Items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear over time will not be deemed faulty.
If the item is deemed faulty morgan marks will repair or replace the item before issuing a refund.

Please note that you are responsible for posting your return goods back to morgan marks, morgan marks is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so we recommend that you use a service that offers tracking to ensure the safe receipt of your goods.
